Cancellation Policy

At Arte Bella Salon, our stylists and team members are dedicated professionals whose most valuable asset is their time. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you, which means another client cannot be served during that slot. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact our team's livelihood and prevent other clients from receiving the care they need.

We kindly require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your scheduled services. This allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another client who may be waiting.

Policy Details:

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: A fee of 75% of the reserved service cost will be charged to the card on file.
  • No-shows: A fee of 100% of the missed service cost will be charged to the card on file.
  • Outstanding balances: All past due amounts must be paid in full before scheduling or rescheduling any services. No exceptions will be made.

New Client Information

To protect our stylists' time and ensure a smooth booking experience, all new clients are required to provide a credit card on file prior to their first appointment.

Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show as outlined in our cancellation policy above. This helps us serve all our clients better and ensures that appointment times are honored and respected.
